Nigeria for all
Nigeria is blessed with rich cultural, historical, locational, religious, and ethnic diversity, with high economic prospects. Yet today we stand at a dangerous crossroads of total collapse mainly due to the effect of partisan politics.
With the majority of the population politically illiterate, the citizens struggle to understand the political process, evaluate candidates, and hold leaders accountable, in a civil manner.
The political elites are likely to seize this politically ignorant environment to sow the seeds of division, favoritism, and injustice to their advantage and fail to meet their obligation in meeting the needs of citizens. This makes it difficult for the system (including the CIVIL SERVICE) to achieve its goals of real representation and good governance.

MISSION:
Make Democracy Work for Nigerians
We empower both the political elites, the Civil Servants, and the citizens through training, advocacy, and coaching on their mutual obligations in representation democracy for good governance.
Partisan politics has accentuated our diversity along ethnic, religious, tribal, linguistic, social-economic, geographical locations, etc to the detriment of all Nigerians.
N4A aims to bridge this destructive divide by providing a platform that fosters REAL Engagement, REAL Participation, and REAL Empowerment between leaders and citizens for an inclusive nation.
We bring together opinion influencers from all levels of government, in business, media, journalism, academia, traditional rulers and grass-root leaders to speak openly on the most important issues of concern. These conversations are meant to provide ideas and information, encourage citizen participation, and find common ground. – Nigeria for All is possible.
VISION:
We envision a peaceful, prosperous and progressive nation with politically enlightened citizens empowered through education and training, who freely exchange ideas through civil dialogue and not through the power of the gun or machete – Nigeria is tired of burying its own.
GOAL:
It takes a village to raise a child!
We provide a safe platform environment that empowers and holds both leaders and citizens accountable for upholding the principles of representative democracy
We work with like-minded persons and organisations ALL OVER THE WORLD to advance adherence to the principles and practice of healthy democracy – it takes a village to raise a child.
